Court Check-in Process

Dear [[firstname]],

We would like to inform all members that the GPS check-in will be turned off from Saturday 11 September. This is the feature which allows members to check-in using their personal mobile devices.

We have had several issues and concerns raised with the GPS check-in which has resulted in a number of charges incurred.

We request that all members use the Kiosk on the main reception desk to check in to their court bookings from Sunday this week. You will need your pin number to do so which is [[pin]]. If you have any questions regarding the check in process please speak to our Reception team.

We would like to remind members that failure to check-in will result in charges being incurred.

Kind regards,

The Racquets Committee
