Important message from The Board - Membership Cards

Dear PGC Members

There will be two important changes made to the club’s operating processes coming into force on Wednesday 23rd July.

Access to the club
- We are no longer operating with a reception function. Our new Club Administrator, Cathrin, will be based in the management office to the right of the entrance and the reception desk will be removed in the next few weeks
- To access the club, you will need to bring your membership card. The doors will no longer be set to automatically open as we will no longer monitor the entrance
- Visitors must arrange their arrival and entrance with their hosts or with their coaches (and sign the visitors book)


Paying at the bar
- We are trying to speed up the process for ordering and paying for food and drinks at the bar
- To achieve this, members will be required to present their membership cards at the bar to order and pay for drinks
- Using your membership card will take significant time out the process for you (and for those in line behind you)
- The staff will no longer be able to manually enter member details when you order drinks.
- This will mean that you cannot benefit from the discounted member prices if you do not present a card

For both reasons, it will be very important for you to bring your membership card with you when you visit the club!

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "parsonsgreen@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from parsonsgreen@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Parsons Green Club Racquets Section <parsonsgreen@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Parsons Green Club Racquets Section <parsonsgreen@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from parsonsgreen@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
