PG Squash Handicap Trophy – Finals Day

This year’s Handicap Trophy has brought together 20 players, delivering plenty of thrilling matches, great performances, and, as always in this format, a few surprises along the way. Some of the main contenders have felt the pressure, while several new members have made a strong impression — a fantastic reflection of the strength and depth of our squash community.


We’re now set for an exciting Finals Day this Saturday 18th April:


10:30 – Golden Plate Final

Chris Craig-Wood vs Michael Fruish — two players who know each other very well, promising a great battle.


11:30 – Main Draw Final

Anu Patel vs Rachad Alkhoury — with Anu facing one of the tournament’s standout performers and recent additions to the club, both battling for the chance to have their name engraved on the Club’s Honours Board for eternity.


The finals will be followed by the awards ceremony.


A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this another great competition.

Do come down to the courts to support our finalists and enjoy some top-quality squash!
