Hi all,
We're so excited to see you tomorrow evening!! Here's a full rundown of the night so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
Arrival & check-in
Doors open at 7:00 PM. Please enter via the main entrance, where our team will be at the check-in table to welcome you. Unfortunately, we're at full capacity and unable to sell any tickets at the door.
What to wear
Please dress in white — we can't wait to see everyone in their finest.
Drinks
On your way through check-in, you'll receive a welcome drink. From there, head outside to the croquet lawn where we'll have a bottle bar serving rosé, white wine, champagne, bottles of beer and jugs of Pimms. Inside the Oval Room, you can purchase beer on tap, glasses of wine and soft drinks.
Food
The buffet will be served from 7:40 PM until 9:30 PM — plenty of time to graze. After 9:30 PM, we'll be moving into dessert with strawberries, Eton Mess, chocolate fountain and cheese station.
Evening schedule
7:00 Doors open — welcome drinks, croquet lawn, live band
7:40 Buffet opens
9:30 Everyone moves into the Oval Room - Bottle Bar moves to Old Members Bar
9:30+ Dessert station — chocolate fountain & cheese + vodka luge
1:00 AM Party ends
