Security Incident

Dear Members,

We would like to remind all members of the importance of being vigilant when entering and using the club.

We recently had a security incident where an unauthorised person gained access to the club by following a member through the entrance. We therefore ask everyone to please ensure that you always bring your access card and do not allow anyone to enter behind you.

If you are expecting a guest to attend the club, it is the member’s responsibility to meet them outside the front entrance and bring them into the club. All guests are to be signed in by a member in accordance with the club rules.

The same applies to food deliveries. If you have ordered food to be delivered to the club, please meet the delivery driver outside the front entrance and collect your order. Please do not allow delivery drivers or other visitors to enter the club unattended.

We would also like to remind members to keep all personal belongings and valuables with them and never leave them unattended. The club cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft of personal possessions.

If you notice anything suspicious or are unsure whether someone should be in the club, please report it immediately to a member of staff.

It is in all our interests to be vigilant.
